I had gotten this DVD from Apple after they had done a factory restart on a macbook Pro I sent in for repair and I lost my iLife. You shouldnt need to run an old operating system. If I use the Software Update program, it will update to 10.6.8. whew, found an old iLife '11 install DVD. I have the install DVD of OSX 10.6 (Snow Leopard).
